Pastry Shop in Turin

“Luxury means taking time to enjoy life”

Our pastry shop, which existed in Piedmont for nearly 25 years (1994-2018), excels in the coffee, pastry, chocolate, catering and gelato production sectors. Thanks to our big lab, the cherry on top of our work, we produce brioches and biscuits, with biological and alternative flours as well; sweet and savoury pastry, including bakery products (like bread and similars); pralines and chocolate in all their shapes, and gelato in summer.

With the leadership of our master Manuel Durighello our group relies on specialised baristas and coffee-makers, numerous qualified pastry-chefs, staff with long experience in the sector and a visual merchandising specialist who looks after the group’s packaging, branding and themes for our catering events.

Afternoon breakfast, a sacred moment that children (and not just them) really look forward to, is not that different from breakfast. It’s fundamental that we give our organism “healthy vices”. Ingredients full of nutrients that give us the strength we need to get through the day.
Baked products are the most important treasure of the Italian cuisine.

Baked cakes. Simple and traditionally made. Cakes that stimulate our emotive sensors, thanks to their softness and aromas.

Fresh cakes. Cakes for excellence. Those we all like to make and love. Each one of us have their own recipes and secret ingredient to make them soft and unique. To enhance its taste some use cynnamon, others aromatic vanilla cream. There are those who only rely on the quality of apples.

Lunch in Turin

Whether you’re in a rush or want to stop and take a moment to eat in, we offer take away and stay in options for your lunch. We understand time can determine different needs and we want to make sure these are all met in the best way possible.

Our second floor is split into two dining rooms and every day we offer a big buffet made of firsts, seconds and sides. Our dishes are served hot and promptly and they vary based on seasonal prime products. For this reason our menu is constantly changing.

Chocolate Shop in Turin

“I discovered two unique remedies to pain, sadness and heartaches: chocolate and time”  Tommaso Landolfi (1908-1979)

“Stress would not be so hard to handle if it were coated with chocolate”  Anonymous

Already well known by pre-columbian civilisations, around 600 B.C.. Originally it was a bitter drink, topped with spices that were as strong as chilly. The ancient Aztec ‘chocolat’  went through many phases before becoming what we know today as chocolate. Its importance was so outstanding that the product used to be traded as currency and treated as measuring unit. Today it’s a symbol of wellbeing and positivity.

The cocoa plant was classified as Theobroma Cacao, Greek for ‘cocoa of the gods’.

We do it justice by eating it in so many flavours and variants. Dark, milk, white, pink. Filled pralines, gianduiotti, cremini and dragees.

Coffee House in Turin

“Il buongiorno si vede dal mattino” is one of the most famous Italian sayings. It means “A good day starts with a good morning”

With all probabilities it refers to climate conditions which influence – positively or negatively – our mood, day and more. It’s important that we start our day in the most positive of ways, with a great BREAKFAST, genuine ingredients and that aroma that stimulates all our sense.

Breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day and for us it’s on the first place.
